Brad Pilgrim has been a major contributor to my museum in many ways. When he lost his best friend, Gary Austin, in Midland, Texas, Brad was in charge of selling Gary's historical aircraft parts collection. Brad made me a deal I couldn't refuse on the Boeing C-97 cockpit (Brad in blue shirt by cockpit), for he knew I'd do whatever it took to make it display worthy. He also made deals for me on a lot of other items that I now have on display. Once I acquired the cockpit, Brad found many of the critical items that were missing from the cockpit including the main Flight Engineer circuit breaker panel, a radio panel, etc. Brad has also helped tremendously with my B-29 engine and propeller display by helping me to find parts. Brad was formerly General Manager of the Commemorative Air Force B-29/B-24 Squadron and now works at the Cavanaugh Flight Museum in Dallas. Brad's wife, Kristine, is a member of the flight crew on the CAF's B-29 "FIFI".
